Shrimp Paste

Take 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste,

Add four eggs and mix well.

Chop half a scallion.

Add more oil to the wok, and fry the chopped green onion until fragrant.

Pour the shrimp paste egg mixture,

Scatter it with chopsticks and stir-fry it.
