Shrimp Tail

Frozen shrimp tails are heated in a pot under cold water in order to remove the preservative on the shrimp tails.

Heat the pot with more oil, add the red pepper section to fry the oil to create a flavor, then add the overwatered shrimp tails, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and an appropriate amount of Donggu Yipin Xian.

Add soft white sugar, monosodium glutamate and chicken powder, and stir fry together with the enlarged green onion and shrimp tails. Pour the garlic and coriander and stir fry before starting the pan.
Tips:
The garlic must be more delicious. If you like slightly spicy, you can use the not too spicy dried chili section, or you can add super spicy chili king to make it super spicy.
