Silver Beans in Syrup

Prepare the ingredients, silver beans, red dates, wolfberry, brown sugar.

Pour the silver beans, red dates, and Chinese wolfberry into the pressure cooker. The two knuckles of the silver beans are covered by the water.

In the pressure cooker, select the bean / tendon, and simmer for about an hour

Tips:
1. Silver beans should be soaked one night early.
2. If the silver beans are not soaked and simmered directly, it may take two hours.
