Simmered Sea Cucumber in Golden Soup

Wash yellow millet and set aside

Rinse some sea cucumbers for later use

Pumpkin peeled and steamed

Puree the steamed pumpkin.

Heat a wok with a little oil, add green onions and ginger until fragrant.

Pour in the washed sea cucumber and stir fry, add cooking wine to remove fishy, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Tips:
When making porridge, pay attention to adding millet when the water is boiling. Add enough water at a time. Do not open the lid when boiling at the lowest heat, and finally season it. It is recommended to buy the soaked finished product that will not soak the sea cucumber.
