I am very envious of my friends fishing in the wild, grilling the fish just caught on the spot, without any condiments, only the deliciousness of the fish itself. Wandering the morning market this morning, I saw the plump and attractive fresh herring, and suddenly remembered to fry the herring once in its original taste. In fact, the common "herring" in Northeast China is not herring, it should be written as "mackerel", it is a kind of deep-sea fish. Without the fishy of river fish, the fish is firm and rich in protein and fat. In addition to being pickled and eaten, it can also be made into cans.

Tips:

Windy sunny day:
1. Make sure to choose fresh mackerel. When selecting, choose the fish with shiny body, without cracks in the belly, and bright red in the fish gills;
2. Be sure to add less salt when marinating, I only used about 1 gram of salt for 4 fishes, which is very little;
3. Don't cook for too long, the meat will become hard and the taste will be bad;
4. I marinated 4 sticks in total, but only fry 2 sticks. The rest are packed in fresh-keeping bags, put in the refrigerator, and will be eaten next time;
5. Mackerel has more spines, so be careful when feeding it to children.
