Simple Sushi

First, steam the rice. The ratio of rice to glutinous rice is 2:1. White vinegar, salt and sugar are adjusted according to the amount.

Cut the cucumber and ham into strips, prepare the seaweed and salad dressing, and place them on after the rice is cooked.

Spread the rice on the seaweed after the rice is cooked. It is best not to spread it all around, and less on the top. Then apply an appropriate amount of salad dressing, adding more or less according to your taste.

Place the cucumber core and ham sausage at the bottom, and roll the seaweed from the bottom up.

Prepare the dishes and cut the seaweed into sections with a knife after it cools
