Simple Tomato Pizza Sauce (can be Used As Pasta Sauce)

Ready to work:
Peel the tomatoes in boiling water and cut into small cubes.
Dice the onion (small diced).
Peel the garlic and break it with a food processor.
Note: The small white bowl in the upper right of the picture is full of garlic. It is 1.5 heads of garlic, not 1.5 cloves of garlic. The youngest garlic is older, you can change it to 1 garlic).
Chop the cooking machine (must be minced, you don’t have a garlic press with a cooking machine, you can chop with strength without a garlic press ) The texture and taste of the lump and the end are completely different~

Heat the pan, add olive oil, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Note: First heat the pot on high heat, add olive oil, change to low heat, then add minced garlic, stir it slowly on low heat, and get a fragrance.
Look at the minced garlic. If the minced garlic is enough, you won’t see any oil. The minced garlic will be more evenly simmered, and some momo has changed color, especially fragrant, and the sauce made can’t chew garlic~

Add onions and fry until soft.
Add onions to change the heat to medium.

Add tomatoes and stir fry to make soup.
Note: Look at the onions, they are all discolored, wilted, and soft~

Add tomato sauce to enhance the flavor. If not, add white sugar according to personal taste (according to personal taste, add 1t if you don't like sweetness, add 1T if you like sweetness or increase it to your favorite taste).
Note: When you look at the tomatoes, you can hardly see the dices. These soups are all made from the tomatoes and no water is added. So before you cut the tomato into small cubes, it is easy to get the soup. If you cut into large pieces, you have to slowly consume it with low heat, which is not easy to rot.

Stir-fry it almost thick, add various seasonings (pizza straw, ground black pepper, salt, chicken powder).
I don’t have pizza straws, so I just add black pepper, salt and chicken powder (I think it’s better to add pizza straws. The sauce made by doing this is very Western 😬~
Also, if you use black pepper to make it, you must be cautious, don't add too much at once, it may taste strong and affect the color, of course, if you like it, then treat it as I didn't say anything~).
Pizza straw and black pepper are just my recommended combination~
You can choose only one or both of them like me, the one you like is the best~(◦˙▽˙◦)
The sauce must be slightly salty (don't be too salty~), because it is used for pizza or noodles.

Finally, let it out and let cool for later use. Can not eat refrigerated or frozen.

I think the taste of ground black pepper is quite different from that of powdered black pepper. The same is true for white pepper. It is recommended that you change the black pepper and white pepper at home to ground black pepper and ground white pepper.
The price is not much worse, it is more cost-effective to buy more or even grind, why~
Don't buy the one-time ground black pepper. You have to throw it out of the bottle and the price is higher. Buy a grinder bottle and buy the black/white peppercorns separately so that the bottle can be used repeatedly with black pepper. Generally, it is very cost-effective to sell half a catty per catty~ And some stores are really suitable for you to buy a catty of black pepper and give away a grinder bottle. ~
I have been grinding black pepper before, so I only know the difference between grinding and black pepper. Since I changed the white pepper powder at home to ground, I have liked white pepper. It feels like there are two things. . The taste is softer and not as strong, and the aroma is better~
The purpose of having said so much is that if the ground black pepper in the recipe is replaced with black pepper, the sauce will be different~😝
5. There is also the problem of minced garlic. It is best to chop the minced garlic from the cooking machine or the garlic press. If neither of these two, chop into the minced, chop for a little longer. Don’t cut into pieces, otherwise the finished product will also have two textures and flavors~
