Simple Version of Pork Knuckle Ginger

Prepare the materials in the picture

Griddle, no oil, add ginger slices, fry dry water

Pork feet in a pot under cold water, boil for another 10 minutes

Boiled pig's feet, rinse with clean water

Pour balsamic vinegar, fried ginger slices, brown sugar slices and appropriate amount of water in the pot, add salt, and boil together

After boiling, add pork knuckles and simmer together (I use a rice cooker)

After simmering for 40 minutes, turn it over and continue cooking

Simmer for about 1 hour~
