Sirloin Grain Fed Steak
1.
The original cut steak kitchen paper soaks the blood on both sides
2.
Heat the steak in a frying pan and melt the butter
3.
Fry the steak for 2-3 minutes on both sides (according to personal preference)
4.
Sprinkle some rose salt and black pepper
5.
You can fry potato chips at the same time as you cook steak
6.
Serve on a plate, put the sliced peach slices (I like peaches) or potato chips, and you're ready to feast!
Tips:
Don't marinate the original cut steak in advance. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper when frying. It retains the original flavor of the beef, which is incomparable to marinated steak.
