Sixi Roasted Bran

Put the peanuts in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, remove and let cool and peel off the peanut coat.

Tear the soaked fungus into small flowers, cut the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the yellow flowers into sections.

Baked bran is repeatedly squeezed in water to remove the sour taste. Cut into large pieces, boil in boiling water for 2 minutes, remove and soak in water again, squeeze out the water.

Put oil in the pan, add the roasted bran and fry the yellow to serve.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, star anise and saute until fragrant.

Add fungus, shiitake mushrooms, yellow flowers and peanuts and stir fry for a while.

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and stir fry.

Add roasted bran, and a small half bowl of water, add sugar, season with a little salt, cover and cook for a while.
