Prepare the ingredients; (230g lychees when they are not shelled)

Red dates are pitted;

Add 4 bowls of water to the pot, and boil the red dates for 20 minutes;

Lychee shelled and cored;

After the red dates are flavored, add the lychee meat and rock sugar, and just roll it for a while. It tastes fresher and sweeter when you drink it after cooling down.
