Smooth Jelly Pudding

Take a milk pot, pour 200 grams of water, and bring to a boil.

Add milk and sugar, stir well, change the heat to low when it is about to boil, add pudding powder and beaten egg yolk, and stir well.

Turn off the heat and strain the cooked pudding liquid.

Stir thoroughly with a spoon until there are no bubbles and the liquid surface becomes smooth.

Pour into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, take it out and place it on a plate when you eat it.
