Snail Powder

Open the bag of snail powder

Take out the dried rice noodles and dried fungus in the bag of snail powder, soak in water until soft

Add water to the health pot, add the soaked rice noodles and fungus

Cook until the rice noodles can be broken with chopsticks

Scoop out the cooked rice noodles and fungus into a bowl

Re-add 500ml of water to the health pot, put it in the soup bag, boil, add the washed lettuce leaves and blanch them.

Pour various side dish packages, sour bamboo shoots, capers, dried radish, yuba slices, peanuts, into the bowl of rice noodles, and remove the cooked lettuce leaves into the bowl

Add chopped green onion or coriander leaves

Then pour the snail soup boiled in the health pot into the bowl

Finally, add the hot and sour oil and chili oil in the ingredient package according to your own taste, mix well and you can start
Tips:
1. Dry rice noodles should be soaked in advance to soften, and then cook for 5 minutes. If they are not soaked, it will take longer to cook.
2. You can add some green vegetables, spring onions or coriander to the bagged snail noodles you bought to make it more delicious.
3. Cooking screw powder in a health pot is more suitable for dormitory parties. I just ran out of gas at home.
