Snow White Sushi

Divide the meat-colored vinegar rice into 130g, 10g, 10g three parts, red vinegar rice 30g one part, black vinegar rice 30g, 20g, 20g, 20g four parts

Roll two 10g meat-colored vinegar rice, one 20g black vinegar rice, and one 30g red vinegar rice into long strips about 10cm in length. Wrap the vinegar rice with seaweed, then cut it in half with a knife, and set aside

Roll 130g of meat-colored vinegar rice into a drop shape as shown in the figure, and place it in the middle of the 19cm*10cm spot seaweed

Take another piece of 10cm*13cm seaweed, fold it out as shown in the picture, and paste it on 130g meat-colored vinegar rice

Put a 20g black vinegar rice on each side

Spread 30g of black vinegar rice evenly on top of 20g of black vinegar rice, then wrap the seaweed to form round sushi, and then slice it

Put the half-cut sushi bars prepared in step 2 and arrange them together as shown in the picture. The red part is the bow, the flesh-colored part is the hands and ears, and the black part is the hair.

Tips:
1. It takes some time to prepare the vinegar rice in the early stage, and the color mixing. Everyone uses different methods, so choose according to your own preferences. 2. Steps 4 and 5 are the key steps. The vinegar rice must be evenly pressed and filled, and then the sushi will be rounded with a rolling curtain.
