Soba Noodles Mixed with Scallion Oil

Soak the buckwheat instant noodles in warm water for 20-30 minutes to get the right taste.

Fry the pepper, star anise, cinnamon, green onion, garlic, and purple onion on a low fire until slightly browned, then add coriander. Turn off the flame and take out the non-scorched materials for later use.

The sauce is oyster sauce, very fresh, light soy sauce, chicken powder cooking wine and sesame sesame oil.

Mix the soba noodles with the sauce and stir well.

Spread the scallions and other ingredients from the pan on the table, sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with scallion oil and enjoy. Gelinuoer instant noodles are more convenient without boiling.
Tips:
Gelinuoer buckwheat instant noodles are not suitable for boiling in boiling water. Soak them in pure warm water until the noodles are softened. The taste is very chewy.
