Brownie tips:
1. Big T likes the soft inside, so I only give very little flour. The inside is very soft and melts even when it is cold. If you like a little firmer texture, add more flour or ground nut powder. But the brownies must be melted in the middle of the baking, don't add too much, or it will become a chocolate cake.
2. This is Brownie's most basic formula. Because I want to use it to make ice cream, I didn't put any other seasonings. In fact, I prefer almond flour or some nuts. You can add to it according to your personal taste
Tips for ice cream:
1. Coffee milk is used here, because the fat content of this milk is higher than that of whole milk (3.5%), so it is more creamy. If you don’t like it, you can use all milk, the total amount is 350 ml.
2. It is better to make caramel juice as needed. When it is cold, it will no longer be in liquid form, it is not easy to take, not easy to use, and the taste is not good.
3. If vanilla bean pods are not available, of course you can use vanilla sugar instead.
