Put liquid water and salt, flour, and yeast powder in the bread bucket.

The bread machine is set with a kneading program. After a program is completed, nuts are added. When the kneading program is ended, the dough can be taken out or put in the bread machine for fermentation.

This season, I put it in a container and sealed it. The insulated water fermented faster for about 90 minutes.

Put the fermented dough on the chopping board to exhaust.

Divide it into 9 dough pieces and knead them into the desired shape. Put it in a baking tray and ferment.

Put it in the oven, set the oven fermentation gear, turn the knob to ferment, set the time to 30 minutes, and the time is up to ferment the bread.

Sprinkle dry flour and cut flowers with a sharp knife.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Place the baking tray on the middle level.

Set the upper and lower heat of the oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. The power of each oven is different, please refer to the actual temperature for production,
2. The bread machine kneading program time is 30 minutes, which can be mastered by oneself.
3. It is best to use a sharper blade for the flower-cutting knife.
