3. Spread an appropriate amount of sour cream on the center of the cake slice, and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes until the sour cream is solidified;

4. Dice the fruit for later use;

5. Put diced fruit on the baked cake slices, and put appropriate amount of sour cream according to your preferences;
