The Hokkien linguine with Thai sweet and spicy sauce is so delicious, but unfortunately forgot to take the picture of the finished product!

Ingredients

Soy Sauce Hokkien Flat Noodles

1. Material preparation.

2. Marinated minced meat.

3. Cut the ingredients into pieces for later use.

4. Thai sweet chili sauce is reserved.

5. Saute the garlic, green onions and chili in a hot pan.

6. Add the tomato cubes and stir fry.

7. Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and a small amount of water.

8. Bring to a boil, add the marinated minced meat and stir-fry evenly.

9. Bring to a boil and add Thai sweet chili sauce.

10. Stir well and add the fish balls.

11. Let's put the flat noodles again.

12. Add mung bean sprouts.

13. And young bean sprouts.

14. Stir-fry and put on the pan!

Tips:

The thickness of the sauce should be just right, otherwise it will be too watery and not tasteful enough!
