Soy Sauce Mustard Shreds

Soak the stuffing lump for 12 hours first.

Cut the lump into thin filaments.
3.
Saute the star anise and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add shredded green onion and shredded pepper in turn.
5.
Add the chopped mustard greens.
6.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar in turn.
7.
Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
8.
Put it in the pot after being out of the pot.
9.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and stir evenly before serving.
Tips:
Mustard shreds must be cut into thin shreds, so that it tastes good.
