Tips:

1. You can also put a little fresh vanilla or perilla in the sauce, which tastes good, but it is not suitable to buy in Beijing, so I dispense it, but it does not affect its taste.



2. Fresh tomatoes and ketchup should not be put too much. If the pot is red, it will not look like meat sauce. Pay attention to the appearance. The oily red meat is the most attractive. Some people fry it red, and it tastes full of tomato flavor, but it can't taste the aroma of beef, but it's not beautiful. The tomato sauce should be in an appropriate amount, and you can just use fresh tomatoes to peel and fry them.



3. The fried meat sauce must be boiled slowly, don't be impatient, just like the fried sauce in northern China, it tastes delicious and delicious! When making meat sauce, you can make more of it at a time, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you eat. It is no problem to store it for ten and a half months. Each time you eat, you can use a spoon to scoop out an appropriate amount, and then return to the pot and fry for three to five minutes to mix the noodles. I made four servings this time. I can enjoy it four times per person. It is more appropriate to make this amount. If there are more people in the family, you can double this amount. The production is too small, ha ha!
