Spiced Crispy Grilled Lamb Chop

Mix the spices, cheese powder, bread crumbs, minced garlic and 30 ml of oil, and set aside;

Put 30 ml of oil in a large saucepan, heat over medium heat, spread the lamb chops with salt and black pepper, fry each side until brown, remove;

Lamb chops with Dijon mustard

Spread the spice mixture evenly on the lamb chops;

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes (almost 7 mature). Take it out and let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
Tips:
1. The PARSLEY and ROSEMARY I use for spices, you can choose what you like;
2. You can use less salt, because you will need to put salty cheese powder afterwards.
