Fried Lamb Rack with Herbs

Preparation materials

Cut the lamb bones apart, but the meat is still a bit connected, add all the seasonings and herbs

Place in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 2 hours, take it out to warm up before frying

Heat a non-stick pan, add olive oil, cast the marinated lamb rack, fry on high heat for 10 minutes, change to low heat and fry slowly
