Spiced Tea with Peanuts
1.
Wash the peanuts repeatedly first.
2.
This is the seasoning I prepared for peanuts. In addition to the common spices like star anise, I also added 5 grams of black tea.
3.
Put the cleaned peanuts into the pot, add the right amount of water, the amount of water is just flush with the peanuts, and then add all the condiments. Here I chose a more time-saving and labor-saving way, directly using an electric pressure cooker to cook, because I prefer to eat soft and waxy peanuts, but peanuts are not so easy to boil. Adding an electric pressure cooker can simmer, which can help peanuts taste better.
4.
Unfinished peanuts can be stored in a fresh-keeping box and refrigerated. Do not pour out the water. They have been soaking. The longer the soaking time, the more delicious it will be.
5.
Hmm, it is sweet and delicious.
6.
The taste of tea is not very strong at first, but it will have a slight tea aroma when eaten cold, and the flavor will be more abundant on the second day.
