I usually like to make spicy dried shreds because I can make a drink for my husband. I also like to eat it. Not only do I use it as a dish, but I always eat it as a snack. The recipe for this dish was learned from my dad, who used pepper powder and chili powder to season it, but I’m lazy today, so I just use the spicy hot pot base to season it.

Spicy Dried Silk

1. Choose a thick one with a thickness of about 2 mm. It's too thin and it's too dry to taste

2. Cut the bean curd into silk about 10 cm long and 2 mm wide

3. First blanch it with boiling water to remove the beany smell

4. Remove dry water

5. Put oil in the pan, add the dried shreds and stir fry

6. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and fry until the sugar melts

7. Add a spoonful of spicy hot pot seasoning

8. First, fry the hot pot base ingredients out of the red oil on one side, and then stir fry with the dried shreds

9. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, and finally sprinkle with a spoonful of cooked sesame seeds and turn off the heat

10. Stir evenly to get out of the pot

Tips:

Just add a little sugar to taste and freshen up the hot pot base directly.
