I especially like to eat this gourd. The meat is firmer and more chewy than zucchini. The fried meat is delicious, and you can also make dumplings and buns. It's very good to have a greasy meal during the Mid-Autumn Festival!

Spicy Fried Gourd Melon

1. Wash the gourd melon

2. Remove part of the flesh

3. Thinly sliced

4. Sliced pork belly

5. Green pepper shredded pork

6. Stir-fry the meat in a hot pan with cold oil until the color changes and add pepper

7. Add some light soy sauce and stir fry

8. Add red pepper and garlic, stir fry

9. Add gourd melon slices and stir fry

10. Add green pepper and stir fry

11. Finally add some balsamic vinegar and stir fry to taste

12. Serve out of the pan and serve on a plate

Tips:

If this gourd melon is very tender, there is no need to remove the flesh. If it is old, the flesh will affect the taste, it is better to remove a part of the flesh.
