This part of the fish steak was mixed with the dried puffer fish that was cleaned up from the family’s house. To say that this seller is too ridiculous. Obviously it sells dried fish, but there are a lot of fish steaks in it. One price! However, if you think about it carefully, I might have earned it. Pork chops are more expensive than pork! This fish steak may be the same!
Think about it, it's also good to make spicy fish steaks, aren't they sold in supermarkets! Although I haven't done it before, it doesn't prevent us from creating and inventing. Hey husband, go home, take a glass of beer with it to watch a ball, stay up all night, chew, chew, and be beautiful! "

Spicy Fried Sesame Fish Steak

1. Wash the puffer fish steaks.

2. Soak in warm water until the fish is soft.

3. Cut into small pieces.

4. Use kitchen paper to absorb water.

5. Put an appropriate amount of red oil in the pot. (I put a small amount, less oil and healthy, but more oily and crispy, you still need weight to taste, please choose your own)

6. Add the fish steaks after the oil is hot.

7. Fry until both sides turn yellow and change color and crust.

8. Add the right amount of salt.

9. Moderate amount of sugar.

10. A little braised soy sauce enhances the flavor.

11. Add a little chicken essence and cooked white sesame seeds.

12. Stir thoroughly and out of the pot.

Tips:

My homemade red oil is slightly spicy. If you like the crispy texture, please add more oil, half-fried and half-fried. If the red oil at home is too spicy, you can mix it with other cooking oils before using it.
