Spicy Marinated Peanuts

Prepare the peanuts.

Prepare pepper, star anise, cinnamon, dried red pepper, and ginger.

Wash the peanuts, drain and set aside.

Rinse the ginger and cut into thin slices; rinse the seasoning, put it in a casserole, and add an appropriate amount of cold water.

Bring to a boil on high heat until the aroma is cooked.

Pour in peanuts; bring to a boil on high heat and cook for 20 minutes in low heat.

Add appropriate amount of salt and continue to cook for 25 minutes.
