Spicy Stir-fried Rice White

Peel the water chestnut, cut the old roots, wash and cut into filaments, wash the green and red peppers and cut into filaments.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the wild rice and stir fry.

Add chili and stir fry.

Add salt to taste.

Then add chicken essence and stir-fry until it is out of the pan.
