Spiral Spaghetti with Long Li Fish in White Sauce

The spiral spaghetti is first cooked over cold and set aside.

The western half-flowers are also blanched in advance and set aside.

Cut the dragon fish into cubes and marinate in advance, then dip it with cornstarch after frying.

Pour more olive oil into the hot pan to fry the longli fish, set it aside.

Tips:
Generally Western cooking method is to cook the sauce before adding the spaghetti. I am used to fry the spaghetti for a while and then add the sauce. In fact, no matter which method, it will not affect its taste.
