Until the egg liquid turns into egg paste, the volume becomes larger and the color becomes lighter, lift the whisk, the egg liquid flows down and draws a figure of eight, which does not disappear for 10 seconds, and then use the whisk to slowly beat for 1 minute at low speed to make the egg paste The large bubbles in the medium disappear, and the custard is delicate;

Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg batter, either once or twice;

Use a spatula to stir evenly from bottom to bottom, without dry powder;

Pour cold water into the corn oil bowl, stir evenly with a manual whisk, without oil and water separation;

Pour the corn oil and cold water melt into the batter along the inner wall of the egg-beating bowl, and stir evenly from bottom to top with a spatula; the action should be gentle;

Preheat the Moomin machine for 2 minutes. When preheating, put the egg batter into the piping bag, and cut a small opening about 1 cm in diameter at the front end; after preheating, squeeze the egg batter into the pattern of the cake pan. OK, then buckle the top cover and heat for 3 minutes;

When the time is up, the Moomin clan-shaped cake with the smell of egg is ready. Just pick out the cake with the tip of the chopsticks. The bottom pattern of the cake is clear and the color is heavier than the top; the rest of the batter continues. Squeeze into the mold until all the batter becomes a cake. I made 13 cakes in total.

Tips:
1. Don't open the lid in the middle of the cake, heat and aroma will come out of the cracks. 3 minutes can make the upper and lower heating fully, but it must be preheated for 2 minutes; the cake just opened the lid is full and round, wait for it to heat up If it disperses, the surface will shrink slightly. If you feel that the color of the surface is not dark enough, you can close the lid and continue heating for a while;
2. This recipe can also be used to make cupcakes, mold cakes, or 6-inch cakes that are not full of molds; if you use an oven, control the temperature at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes, depending on the actual situation of your own oven; Rice cookers with cake function are also suitable.
