Tips:
1. Mung beans must choose good mung beans, bad mung beans are easy to rot.
2. The time for soaking mung beans must be sufficient. Generally, soak in cold water for about 20 hours, soak it until the mung beans swell and become white.
3. During the process of bean sprouts, be sure to avoid light.
4. Pour water every morning and night. Be careful not to touch the bottom of the mung bean with water. It will rot easily when it touches the water. You can look at it when you pour it at night. The dish underneath is full of water. Pour out the water.
5. Generally 5 days in summer, the temperature is about 28 degrees Celsius, other seasons can be adjusted, don't forget, too long, the roots of the bean sprouts will be old and not tasty.
