Spring Rolls with Hawthorn Fruit Stuffing

Homemade jam, see my recipe "Apple Hawthorn Sauce" for details.

Roll out the dough into large (thin) slices and cut into appropriate small pieces. Put the jam.

Roll up from the beginning.

After rolling, pinch both ends firmly.
5.
Do it in turn.
6.
Put the oil in the pot and fry it on medium heat when it is 80% hot. It is golden on both sides.

Tips:
Noodles can be replaced with wonton wrappers.
