Steamed Carp in Black Bean Sauce

After washing the carp cubes, cut from the back of the fish to the belly of the fish, do not cut

In a small bowl, add light soy sauce, a tablespoon of instant tempeh, and a little sugar to make a black bean sauce for later use

Pour the black bean sauce on the fish pieces and spread the chopped ginger on the surface

Boil water on high heat, put the fish on the plate and steam for 6 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, turn off the heat

When the fish is about to be steamed, use deep-fried chopped garlic, remove the garlic after the flavour is tasted, and pour hot garlic oil on the fish cubes and serve as soon as the steaming fish pot is turned off.
Tips:
Since the fish pieces are thinly sliced, the steaming time should not be too long, otherwise the fish will become firewood.
