Steamed Lotus Root with Meat

Peel the fresh lotus root.

Peel and slice fresh lotus root.
3.
Chop pork belly into puree, add chives, salt and starch, mix well and set aside.

Stuff the mixed meat into the lotus root clamp, as shown in the picture.
5.
Place the prepared lotus root on a plate and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce. Pour the prepared egg mixture.
6.
Drenched lotus root meat with egg mixture.
7.
Put it in a steamer and steam it.
8.
Steamed fragrant steamed lotus root with meat. Serve with pure fragrant sesame oil.
