Steamed Pomfret

Prepare a pomfret;

Clean up the pomfret, clean the dark inside, it will be fishy; both sides are cut with a knife, this skin is a bit thick, you need to use a little force;

Cooking wine, salt, sprinkle, and marinate for 15 minutes;

Ginger, sliced; onion, cut into sections and put on the bottom of the pot;

Put the marinated pomfret on top, top with shredded ginger, and homemade chili sauce;

Put it in the steamer and start steaming in cold water. After about 10 minutes, it will be out of the pot and sprinkle with chives; (I forgot to take the picture of the steaming, sorry)
