Steamed Pork Ribs with Shrimp Paste
1.
Ingredients: 150 grams of shrimp paste, 500 grams of ribs Ingredients: chives, garlic, appropriate seasoning: 10 grams of soft white sugar
2.
After the ribs are washed, put them in a container, and pour the shrimp paste and soft sugar into the ribs container
3.
Chop the garlic and chop the chives into large sections and put them in the ribs container
4.
Grab the ribs and various ingredients by hand, wrap them in plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours
5.
Boil water in a micro pressure cooker, put the marinated ribs into the pot and steam for 30 minutes; sprinkle the steamed ribs with chopped green onions and serve
Tips:
1. The shrimp paste itself has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt. The amount of shrimp paste should be used according to the number of ribs;
2. Take out and turn twice during the marinating process to make the ribs more delicious;
3. The steaming time depends on the size of the ribs. The ribs I chose are large and steamed in a micro pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
