Steamed Pork Ribs with Taro

Ribs cut into pieces

Soak the chopped ribs in cold water for 1 hour

Peel the hairy taro and cut into pieces about the same size as the ribs

Tips:
1. The ribs do not need to be blanched, soak them in cold water
2. The hairy taro I use, if you can't buy it, ordinary taro can also be used
3. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy rice
