Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli

Cut the vermicelli into small pieces and soak in clean water for about 15-20 minutes

Pry open the scallop shell, remove the black part and impurities, remove the scallop meat, wash the shell and shell meat, marinate the shellfish with cooking wine for 10 minutes

Tips:
Don't paste the minced garlic, it will be out of the pan immediately after it is golden; add the chili moderately according to personal taste
