1. After washing the bird’s nest, soak it in cold water for 3 hours until the foam becomes soft
2. After soaking the white fungus, wash away the mud and sand inside, and then tear it into small flowers for later use
3. Add appropriate amount of water to the stewing pot (I used the water for soaking bird's nest directly), rock sugar, white fungus and washed gouqi, plug in the power and simmer for at least 3 hours until the bird's nest and white fungus are crisp.
