Stewed Oxtail Soup
1.
Peel the radish and cut into thick slices (or hob block, optional), wash the ginger and peel and slice it (don’t throw away the ginger skin)
2.
Wash the ox tail, soak it in clean water for half a day, then put the ox tail, ox bone, and ginger skin into a pot of clean water, add 2 spoons of cooking wine, and blanch it.
3.
After boiling, continue to cook for two or three minutes, pick up the oxtail and beef bones, rinse and drain the excess water
4.
Put the rinsed oxtail bones and ginger slices into the soup pot, add water, and the amount of water is less than the ingredients
5.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for 3-4 hours
6.
After three hours, add the radishes. Continue to simmer for an hour on low heat, add wolfberry and appropriate amount of salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
