Today’s [Foie Gras Beef Tenderloin Braised Rice] uses foie gras, which is rarely seen in food supplement recipes, as an important ingredient. In fact, we highly recommend foie gras. Foie gras contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, which are easily absorbed by babies. The vitamin A content in foie gras far exceeds that of milk, eggs, meat, fish and other foods, which helps prevent myopia. Moreover, the soft and waxy taste of foie gras and the tangy aroma after frying are the catalysts for babies to eat big mouthfuls!
