Stewed Sydney Tremella with Rock Sugar
1.
Prepare the ingredients. There is no need to soak and clean the Golden Swallow's ears and white fungus in advance. Clean the Sydney well.
2.
Take out the small casserole that is stewed in water, pour 600g of pure water, then pour the golden swallow's ear and white fungus directly into the water, simmer over low heat and simmer slowly.
3.
When simmering the white fungus, wash and soak the jujube, wolfberry, and lily for later use. Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small cubes.
4.
About half an hour or so, put the diced snow pear in the casserole.
5.
At this time, the white fungus has already appeared gelatinous. Stir the diced snow pear evenly and continue to simmer on low heat.
6.
After another half an hour, put the lily, jujube, and rock sugar into the pot.
7.
Stir gently again and continue to low heat for about 20 minutes.
8.
Finally, add wolfberry and honey, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Tips:
1. If there is no water-proof stew, ordinary small casserole is also possible, but the time needs to be adjusted.
2. This golden swallow ear and white fungus do not need to be soaked and washed in advance, and can be poured into the pot and simmered directly.
3. It can be drunk directly after stewing, or it can be eaten after refrigerating in the refrigerator, the taste is better after refrigeration.
