Stir-fried Bacon with Dried Radish

Cut the dried radish after soaking, and slice the bacon after steaming. The other ingredients are cut as shown in the figure and set aside;

Heat the pot, cook the garlic cloves in the pot, and stir fry the bacon for about 2 minutes;
3.
Add the dried radishes and continue to fry until they are ripe;
4.
Add tempeh, dried chilies, and garlic leaves in turn and stir fry for about 1 minute;
5.
Put in the dark soy sauce, add the stock or water, collect the juice, and start the pot.
Tips:
1. If the dried radish is not salty, add some salt appropriately during the frying process;
