Stir-fried Beef Intestines with Asparagus
1.
Cut the braised beef intestines into small circles, cut the asparagus and red pepper into oblique sections, and slice garlic
2.
Heat the pan, add oil, saute the garlic slices, and stir fry the beef intestines
3.
The fried beef intestines are slightly yellowish, put the red pepper in
4.
Stir the asparagus in the pot until it is broken
5.
Put salt and sugar
6.
Use less oyster sauce for freshness (not too much, in order to keep the asparagus fresh and green, put as little dark seasoning as possible)
7.
Before out of the pot, use a little cornstarch to thicken the water
8.
Stir-fry over high heat, ready to serve
Tips:
1. Asparagus is easy to be cooked and should not be fried for a long time.
2. Red peppers are not spicy. If you like spicy, you can choose spicy peppers.
