Stir-fried Hen

Cooked hen and chicken broth.

Slice ginger and garlic, shred the green onion, and cut the onion into strips.

Heat the pan with half of the oil, add the hen and stir fry.

Stir the chicken until it changes color and serve.

Put the oil in the pot again, add the green onion, ginger, and garlic slices and stir fry for a nice fragrance.

Add onions and stir fry.

Add the braised hen chicken.

Pour the hen soup.

Pour in the hen broth, stir a few times, and reduce the heat to a low heat for a while.
10.
Drain the soup, add salt and chili sauce.
11.
Put coriander out of the pot.
Tips:
It is best not to stew the hen chicken too badly, so that it will taste after being fried.
