Stir-fried Radish with Bacon

Take a small piece of violently cured meat and wash it.

Slice the fat and lean meat separately.
3.
Fruit radish.

Wash, peel and slice.
5.
Put the fat in a pot and stir-fry over medium and small heat to get the oil.

Add the lean meat and stir fry until completely discolored.

Add the sliced radish, dried chili shell shreds and a few slices of ginger and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. During this time, add a small amount of water depending on the situation until it is cooked, add some salt and stir well.

Finished product.
Tips:
Note that the amount of salt is slightly less, a salty meat contains salt, and a lightly salty radish is sweeter.
