Stir-fried Red Cabbage Stalks

Pinch the vegetable stalk into an inch end, and remove the skin from the thick rhizome at the bottom;

The peeled thick rhizome is divided into two halves;

Prepare all the raw materials: cut the red pepper into two pieces, and cut the garlic into thin strips;

Heat the pot, add cold oil, add garlic and chili and stir fry;

Stir-fry the aroma and add the red cabbage stalks;
6.
Stir fry a few times and then add an appropriate amount of salt;

Stir-fry evenly and put on the plate.
