Stir-fried Rice Cake with Mustard Greens and Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the ingredients, soak the rice cakes in warm water, and mix the beef slices with starch.

Heat the pan with oil until the beef slices are smoothly fried, and then add green onion and ginger.

Then add bamboo shoots and mustard greens and stir fry. Because the mustard greens are pickled, no salt is added.

Then add the rice cakes and some water to soak the rice cakes, and fry them.
5.
Stir-fry until the rice cake becomes soft and the juice is thick, out of the pan.
