Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Pickled Pepper and Cold Potato

1. Put an appropriate amount of salt, starch and cooking wine into the shredded pork, stir well and marinate for a few minutes;

2. Heat the pan, pour a little oil, add the marinated pork and stir fry;

3. Fry the shredded pork until it changes color;

4. Add the cold potato shreds and stir fry together;

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry to taste evenly;

6. Pour in Sichuan red pepper;

7. Stir fry evenly;

8. Serve on a plate and decorate with mint leaves.

Tips:

1. The shredded pork should be marinated in advance with salt and other seasonings, so that the meat will be more tender and flavorful;
